"I decided to start working with Precision Approach to assist reaching my goals. I have been working out for 7 years now and decided to start competing last year. I’ve been working with Ian for a year now and his coaching has been phenomenal. In the short time we have been working together he has helped me tremendously. Ian takes an approach of learning how his clients body works in order to adjust nutrition and training to tailor that specific individual. He teaches you while coaching you and always gives you an explanation of why he’s making you do certain things so that you can understand the process and madness behind his methods. Ian never hesitates to answer any question you may have and he is well informed in all things regarding fitness. He checks up on you throughout the week and ensures you are on the right track to reaching your goal. All adjustments to cardio, training, and nutrition are made weekly if needed and he makes sure you get the most out of your money. In the pictures above, the left side is me last year in 2019 during my first show, right side is August of this year. Ian helped me prep for this show and his methods were much more effective than the methods I used for my first show. He helped adjust my metabolism, ensured I was doing the right amount and type of cardio, and kept my nutrition on point. I learned so much about how my body reacts to certain foods and training methods thanks to Ian and he continues to expand my knowledge on fitness. He is a supportive coach who holds you accountable and gives you the best information out there to help you reach your goals. I would definitely recommend Ian for anyone looking for a coach!"

JACKIE T."I started working with Precision Approach because I was ready to take my fitness to the next level. I learned how to track my intake which helped improve my relationship with food and negative eating patterns as I realized I didn't need to skip meals or cut certain foods entirely out of my diet to reach my goals. I completely changed the way I trained and started training like a bodybuilder. I grew to love this new way of nutrition and training and decided that I really wanted to push my body and mind and see what I was capable of. I decided to prep for my first bikini competition. Prep was challenging both mentally and physically, but that's exactly why I signed up for it and why it taught me so much. The judges' feedback was that I needed to put on more muscle. I'm currently in off-season working towards that goal and plan to blow my previous package out of the water at my next show! Deciding to work with Ian was one of the best decisions I've made. "A few months ago I had decided I was done making excuses about not losing weight. I wanted to get serious about dieting and exercising. Knowing how hard it was to push myself (especially under quarantine) I had decided to sign up with Precision Approach because I knew I needed a coach like Ian who would break down everything for me on what I needed to do to achieve my fitness goals. Ian’s knowledge on fitness and health as a whole sold me right away. I knew this time would be different because I had a coach that was serious about me and my health journey. With the gyms being closed Ian still managed to give me a doable workout plan that fit my needs and when it came to the nutrition plan he inquired about what I was willing to eat and not eat. FRANK H."Before I reached to Ian and Precision Approach I worked out 5 times a week and ate fairly clean. I was seeing results but I plateaued at a point and couldn't break through to reach my goal. I consider myself to be an athlete, I'm educated/have common sense, am a 12 year Army Vet/Sapper/Airborne yet I found out real quick that I had a lot to learn about how to work out and really eat right. Ian did that for me. I am all about accountability and the custom workouts and meal plans were perfect. My coach, Ian, took a very data driven approach to my food program, which enabled him to visualize my progress and make adjustments that were effective. He has a profound knowledge of what each component to a meal requires, which he proved when making a slight adjustment that resulted in much faster weight reduction. Ian took complete care in each and every question I threw his way. He took the time to explain the value of every component to the meal plan, as well as worked with me to ensure the foods were right for me.
